MEDICAL DIRECTOR,
Urology & Gastroenterology (f/m)

The ideal candidate is a Medical Doctor (MD) with at least 10 years of professional experience and possessing the necessary skills to serve as the clinical leader for both of our Urology and Gastroenterology business units.

This Medical Director is responsible for identifying medical trends and corresponding product development opportunities within our key focus areas. This candidate must effectively interact between end-users (physicians and nurses), product management and R & D engineers to help ensure that safe, innovative and beneficial products are developed and commercialized.

Participation at national and international medical conferences, product/clinical testing and industry-related meetings is required.

The Medical Director must possess excellent interpersonal and management skills, as they may be responsible for the development and management of a clinical team and coordination with other departments within various divisions. Further, excellent organizational and reporting skills are imperative. The successful candidate must also possess research and writing skills, including fluency in speaking and writing German and English.

The Medical Director reports directly to the CEO.
